COLUMBUS-III - Dallas 2004

Family photo of Columbus-III cable system meeting in Richardson, Dallas, USA, in May 2004.

The meeting resuming after a nice open air lunch in the garden, seen throught the window.

My friend Jeff Mundt (Chairman) offering me the farewell cake in name of Columbus-III delegates. Thanks a lot.

The cake made by MCI (portuguese cooker?) to celebrate my retirement. A nice and pleasant surprise indeed.
At Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie entrance, Jim Brack explains how the horse races work and how to bet without loosing much money.
Jim, Jeff, Peter and Mamiliano in the balcony.
Eating and drinking between the races and Peter telling some joke for sure.
Camera man preparing to capture the start of the first course.
Horse Race Supervisor relaxing between two courses.
Preparing the track before the start of the race.

Some photos I took from Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie. A wonderful sunny afternoon.
In last night, eating pizza in a local restaurant in Dallas: Mamiliano (Italy), Peter (South Africa), Ana (Spain) and I.

Jose - you are welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed it. We have had several cable meetings there (AMERICAS-II AR&RSC also) and always had a great time.
